VAULTEX Industrial Systems Pvt Ltd. is part of the Southern Automation group, bringing together industrial experience and a focused commitment to electrical enclosure solutions.
We focus on electrical enclosures, junction boxes, floor-standing enclosures and customized solutions to meet the requirements of industrial OEMs, EPC contractors and end users.
Standard products, and fabrication to order
Our work has two sides. One is a standard range of enclosure and junction box sizes built to a fixed specification, for regular industrial use. The other is custom fabrication, where we build to your drawing: special dimensions, openings, mounting and finishes. Cable trays sit alongside the enclosure range, so related parts of an installation can come from one supplier.
Everything is made on our own shop floor, from laser cutting and CNC forming to welding, finishing and assembly, so the same team is answerable for the whole product.

A purpose-built manufacturing facility
Our Coimbatore plant is set up for lean sheet-metal work: fiber laser cutting, a press brake for controlled forming, automated PU gasket dispensing, MIG and stud welding, and inspection tooling for dimensional, weld and coating checks at each stage.

Working towards certification
VaultEx is working towards IECEx, ATEX, PESO and UL. Explosion-protected (Ex) enclosures are part of our roadmap and will be added once the related certifications are in place.
